New - Foreign National Affiliates and Visitors Policy - This new policy outlines Georgia Tech’s administrative requirements for onboarding foreign national affiliates and hosting foreign national visitors on campus. It requires that individuals have proper immigration status before any appointment or visitation and establishes a tiered based vetting process. This policy was updated following an initial round of campus comment to outline risk based requirements.
One policy is open for comment until September 10, 2026.
Updated - Sexual Misconduct Policy: This existing policy is being updated to incorporate applicable University System of Georgia policy requirements into an institution-specific policy and ensure alignment with federal regulations. The proposed revisions clarify institutional expectations and procedures for reporting and responding to allegations of sexual misconduct, including the processes applicable to Title IX and other forms of sexual misconduct. Additional revisions have been made throughout the policy to improve clarity and consistency and to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
